Jo established Liftworks in 2022 and brings broad experience across nursing, midwifery, child protection, early childhood development, aged care, palliative care, and community health.

She is committed to culturally responsive practice and to working with humility, respect, and accountability alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities. She recognises the importance of listening, learning, and respecting cultural authority.
